We want you to be happy with Veloda Pro. If something isn't working as expected, contact us first — most issues can be fixed directly.

Eligibility

If you're not satisfied with your Veloda Pro purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Email ahmed10net@yahoo.com with the email address used at checkout. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, and typically appear on your statement within a few business days.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, your Veloda Pro license key is deactivated and the app reverts to its free tier.
